About the event
Our group of friendly volunteers works to maintain and improve the park. If you'd like to lend a hand please join us. No previous experience is necessary.
What we'll be doing:
Throughout the year volunteers carry out a variety of activities to improve the park for people and wildlife. This includes jobs like:
Planting and caring for trees, shrubs, bulbs and flowers
Creating habitat for wildlife in the park, for example by making dead hedges and log piles
Clearing litter
