Visiting the park
The park has two main entrances; one on Woodvale Avenue and one on Sylvan Road. There are secondary entrances located on Auckland Road. The postcode of the Woodvale Avenue entrance is SE25 4AN. The 410 bus stops right outside and there is also free parking nearby.​

Park benches and memorial trees
If you would like to place a bench in South Norwood Lake & Grounds in memory of someone, please contact parks@croydon.gov.uk ​To plant a celebration tree in the park you can use the Trees for Streets Croydon parks sponsorship scheme.
