We are always looking for support to keep the park looking lovely. Whether you fancy a bit of gardening, litter picking or you would prefer conservation activities in the woodland.

Adopt a plot
Some of the flower beds around the lake are 'adopted' by individuals or small groups of volunteers. This generally means that these volunteers take the lead in planting, weeding and watering these areas, with support from the wider group. We can help with advice about planting and planning a plot, as well as extra pairs of hands during workdays. We can also sometimes provide funding for new planting. If you would be interested in adopting a plot, please come and speak with us at a workday. ​

Join the committee
We have an active and friendly committee and we are always looking for new members. Members are elected at the autumn AGM and generally work with the group for some time before joining the committee. The committee includes a Chair, Treasurer and Secretary. Other members may be coopted to help run projects or develop specific areas of work.
